Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning

  • Complete project documentation and checklists for every project.

  • Maintain strict quality control by inspecting work-in-progress (WIP) and completed work to meet project specifications, preparing and sharing a final snag report within one working day of site handover.

Problem-Solving, Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal Abra teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring no escalations occur.
  • Provide technical briefings to suppliers on-site, ensuring no major flaws are present.
  • Resolve concerns raised by landlords and local authorities.
  • Ensure that all work performed on-site adheres to safety standards set by Abra and the landlord.
  • Promptly escalate technical issues to the production team or project lead within four hours.

Feedback & Client Servicing

  • Prepare snag lists and address them within agreed timelines.
  • Collect project sign-off at the time of handover.
  • Prepare and share closing reports.

Clear and timely communications with Clients and Production
