The Assistant Manager – Key Accounts / Projects will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and management of luxury retail fit-out and permanent fixture projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project coordination, account handling, subcontractor management, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects. Project Execution & Coordination

Contribute to pitches and negotiations to win repeat business from existing clients.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate closely with internal teams – design, production, procurement, QC, dispatch, and logistics – to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Sr. Project Manager, highlighting milestones, risks, and action plans.
Subcontractor & Site Management
- Identify, assess, and manage subcontractors for specialized works in fitout and joinery.
- Perform site visits to ensure installation quality and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor labor, material delivery, and site conditions to avoid project delays.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal processes via organized documentation, updated project folders, and project trackers.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance to prevent workplace incidents.
Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Work with estimation for accurate tender submissions based on detailed project briefs.
- Ensure timely invoice generation, proof submission, follow-up, and collection within credit terms

The Quality Associate / Inspector is to support our quality assurance operations. The candidate will assist in monitoring in-process and final product quality across multiple departments, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, client standards, and internal quality benchmarks. The role involves field inspections, documentation, communication with production teams, and support in continuous improvement efforts.
Inspection & Monitoring
- Assist in conducting in-process inspections to verify adherence to approved technical drawings and specifications.
- Support final product inspections and document deviations or quality non-conformities.
- Flag issues such as incorrect assembly, poor finishes, misalignments, and missing components.
Reporting & Documentation
- Record inspection data and assist in preparing daily/weekly quality reports.
Maintain accurate records of defects, rejected items, and corrective actions taken. - Assist in compiling Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports under the guidance of QAQC leadership.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with production teams, design coordinators, and supervisors to communicate quality observations.
- Assist in implementing preventive measures and suggesting process improvements.
- Attend project briefings and handovers to stay updated on quality expectations and special requirements.

The Setter Out role is required to coordinate and prepare accurate material requests and cutting lists based on production technical drawings and project requirements, ensuring optimal material usage and uninterrupted factory operations.
Material Request Duties:
- Review shop drawings, project specifications, and BOQs to identify all material requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely Material Request Forms (MRFs) to procurement/store.
- Coordinate with the store to verify stock levels and avoid duplicate requests.
- Track pending requests and follow up with procurement for delivery updates.
- Ensure requested materials match the specified brand, grade, and size.
- Maintain logs for all requested and delivered materials.
Cutting List Duties:
- Prepare cutting lists based on approved shop drawings and production schedules.
Optimize sheet and timber usage to reduce waste and improve material efficiency. - Coordinate with the CNC and panel saw operators to align cutting lists with machine capabilities.
Update cutting lists if there are revisions in drawings or material availability.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in measurements, grain directions, edging instructions, and labels. - Maintain proper documentation and version control of cutting lists.

The Team Leader- Technical Design will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 technical designers, while working closely with the Design Manager, overseeing the creation of detailed technical drawings, coordinating with client, project and production teams, and ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines, vendor/ retailer packs, industry regulations, and manufacturing standards.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Work closely with the Design Manager to develop project timelines, ensure design quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Distribute workload efficiently within the team.
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior and senior technical designers.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for professional growth.
- Establish and enforce best practices for technical detailing, drawing accuracy, and design execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and implement identified process improvements.
- Provide solutions to team escalations, else notify the design manager timely.
Technical Design & Detailing:
- Lead fitout, interior architectural, and detailed technical drawings creation to optimize functionality and aesthetics for retail environments.
- Create detailed technical drawings from design brief, retailer/vendor packs, and brand guidelines that are production-ready, ensuring fabrication feasibility.
- Develop comprehensive joinery drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, with accurate material specifications, hardware details, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure all designs align with structural stability and safety regulations.
- Conduct detailed technical reviews and quality checks before submitting drawings for approval.
- Coordinate and work on a minimum of 3 projects at a time.
- Review detailed drawings of the team prior to submission.
Production Coordination & Site Involvement:
- Attend design briefs, production kickoff meetings, and coordinate with project managers, production teams, and clients.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, projects, and Pre Production/Setting Out teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction methods.
- Regularly visit the production floor to oversee fabrication processes, ensuring alignment with design intent.
- Conduct on-site surveys and measurements to verify dimensions, assess feasibility, and ensure seamless installation of fixtures.
- Visit site/s during installations to verify the right implementation of details.
- Incorporate past learnings and feedback into present and future projects and design
Production, GC, Projects & Client Coordination:
- Develop detailed RFIs, ensuring all technical queries are resolved prior to submission.
- Review and submit final technical drawings for approval before fabrication.
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and production teams to align designs with project expectations.
- Creating value-engineered technical details, factoring in materials, ironmongeries/hardware, and structural stability without compromising on brand design.
- Coordinate with GC directly to understand the requirements to generate fit-out drawings.

The Finance Assistant role is to support the Finance team with essential operational tasks. This role is to provide accurate and timely financial data entry, vendor coordination, and records management support, ensuring the smooth functioning of the accounts payable process.
Accounts Payable Support
- Enter vendor invoices into the ERP system (preferably Odoo) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Match purchase orders and delivery notes with invoices before processing.
- Assist in preparing payment requests and verifying supporting documentation.
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly according to accounting standards.
Vendor Coordination and Follow-Ups
- Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding invoices, missing documentation, or discrepancies.
- Regularly follow up on vendor queries and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Obtain and reconcile vendor statements of account (SOAs) against internal records.
- Maintain a log of all communications and issues for reference and reporting.
Financial Record Management

The installations supervisor is to execute on-site installation activities for high-end retail fit-out projects, ensuring quality workmanship, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery. The installation role plays a vital part in translating shop drawings into precise, high-quality installations while upholding safety standards and client satisfaction.
Site Supervision & Execution
- Prepare daily and weekly action plans and progress reports for all on-site activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely installation reports and share with line manager and project managers.
- Monitor and report on-site issues, provide resolution feedback, and suggest improvements in installation methodology.
- Oversee all site operations including planning, team attendance, subcontractor coordination, and labor welfare (e.g., food allowances).
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet approved standards and finishes.
- Act promptly in emergencies and resolve problems in line with company procedures.

The Procurement Specialist will efficiently manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination activities in alignment with the company’s procurement strategy. The Specialist – Procurement ensures timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for projects and operations while maintaining high quality and compliance with company policies.
Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing
- Execute the strategic procurement function by sourcing and purchasing goods/services as per project and operational requirements.
- Adhere strictly to the company's purchasing policy, processes, and documentation standards.
- Develop commodity strategies in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
- Negotiate with local and international suppliers on pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare price comparisons and reports to support cost-saving initiatives and budgeting targets.
- Review supplier quotations and select the best-fit vendor based on cost, quality, and delivery.
Supplier Management & Development
- Maintain and update the approved vendor list and supplier documentation.
